Once he came, all preparation to deliver was rushing to the point that she could push. With the first four pushs once the contraction came, baby was still inside. Her OB did the episiotomy. Now with the later contraction and two more good pushs. Here we go! She got the very very long umbilical cord wrapped around her neck three times. It's so long the OB mentioned that he has never seen such long one like this. That explains why the fetal heartbeat dropping. In the picture, nurses was cleaning up the baby.
